Get to know Jonathan

Growing up in the South Sydney local area, as soon as Jonathan finished school he completed his diploma in Real Estate. As a young man, Jonathan has always been fascinated by property due to his families heavy involvement in the property industry and has since found his calling within the industry.

Jonathan takes great pride in helping people find and secure their perfect home. A valued employee and asset to MGM MARTIN he is proud to be part of the #1 Leasing team in Sydney’s South Eastern suburbs of Mascot, Eastlakes, Botany, Rosebery and Zetland who lease on average between 80-100 properties a month, which is substantially higher than most agencies in Sydney.

Having close to five years of experience working in the area Jonathan strives to be constantly learning more about the area, with it being one of the most fast-developing areas in Sydney there is an endless amount of knowledge to be learnt.

Jonathan has a phenomenal record when it comes to new business with 80% of properties he has brought on being leased within days. Having a connection with both owners and tenants and bringing on their new business, Jonathan finds it satisfying to bring them a sense of security in connecting them a quality tenant in a short amount of time.
