Why You Should Consider Buying In Waterloo
Transcript:
Today we're here in Waterloo and we're here to give you some insights on the local area. I think Waterloo is a fantastic precinct to buy in. It's obviously close to everything, city, airport, beach, Surry Hills just across the road. You've got Dank Street cafes and restaurants, new parks.
You've got the new Waterloo Metro station under construction at the moment, be finished later this year or early next year. There's everything's happening. There's lots of great buildings in Waterloo. Over the last year, we've sold a few properties in a building called George & Allen. That's probably my favorite building in Waterloo.
32A/356 George street was in George & Allen, one bed, one bath, no car on the market. I think for a week, we had 60 odd groups of buyers for the first inspection, hugely popular. We're expecting sort of around 700 to 750 for it, probably solve for $841,000. If you want an update on your property in Waterloo, or if you're looking to buy in the area, feel free to contact anyone on the team anytime.
